Made-to-order production and delivery expectations
Most Evervain Studio products are personalized and made to order. Production time starts after the customer submits usable customization details, including photo, name, text, size, color, font preference, and notes when required.
Processing time
Personalized orders normally need production time before shipping. Complex custom requests or missing details may require additional confirmation.
Shipping updates
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery time can vary by destination, carrier, customs, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.
Address accuracy
Please enter the full and correct shipping address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or cause return-to-sender issues.
